Wind up and down so OK on 5.3m to start then borderline so up to 6.2m, and naturally wind picked up. Was about to change down when wind eased so kept 6.2m. Eventually it got too light so tried John's 1850 Armstrong front wing. It got up a bit earlier and easier to make to transition to flying than 1550. Probably not quite as early and easy transition as my Naish 2000/450 set up, but it is bigger so expect that. Tried a few gybes and only way I can get round is to fly down wind in control first, so try that next time, though looks like a few days without wind, and don't mind the break.
Rigged a harness line for first time and good test as well powered on 6.2m; easier than expected and makes a difference in not straining arms on going upwind and improves angles.
